About GEO3BCN
Mission and vision
We aim to promote geosciences at a national and international level, as well as to integrate geosciences in society. To reach this goal, GEO3BCN proposes a holistic approach, from microscale to planetary scale, to characterize planet Earth, encompassing three fundamental research challenges: Global geodynamics, Georesources (energy and minerals), and Geological risks and global change.
Our vision is to enhance critical areas in knowledge-driven research and to use this knowledge to meet significant societal and industrial challenges in:
